Steps to Resolve the Issue

Update the App: First, please check if there’s an update available and make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Many issues are resolved with updates, as we regularly release improvements and fixes.

If the Issue Persists: If updating doesn’t solve the problem, could you please:
- Record a short video of your screen showing the crash. This will help our team understand what’s happening.
- Send your Device ID: To find it, open the app's Settings, scroll down, and click on Copy Device ID. You can then paste the copied data into your message to us.

Send Us the Details: Once you have the video and Device ID, please send them to us at fb@lensa-ai.com. If it’s easier, you can also provide feedback directly through the app by going to Settings > Send Feedback > select the relevant topic.
