How to cancel and request a refund for your Lensa Premium subscription
Before submitting a refund request, please read our refund policy here: Refund Policy. This page provides detailed information on refund eligibility for each platform (iOS, Android, Web) where you may have purchased your Lensa Premium subscription.
General refund eligibility
- You are eligible for a refund if your request is submitted within 14 days of your subscription purchase.
- Please note: The 14 day period includes the 7 day trial period, so please bear this in mind when submitting your request.
Android refund requests
To cancel your subscription on Android and request a refund, follow these steps
- Open the Google Play Store application.
- Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Budget & History.
- Find the order for which you want a refund and click View to see the transaction details.
- Click Report a problem.
- Select the reason for your refund from the drop down menu.
- Click Submit to complete your request.
If you experience any problems or the Android team do not respond, please contact us at fb@lensa-ai.com with your purchase details. To help us assist you, please include the email address or order ID used for the purchase. A screenshot of the receipt with the Order ID visible would also be helpful.
iOS refund requests
To request a refund for your iOS purchase, please follow these steps
- Visit Apple's refund portal.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see a "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item you want to return, click it.
- Follow the instructions to select the reason for your refund and submit your request.
Please note that refunds for iOS purchases are handled directly by Apple. The Lensa team are unable to process iOS refunds manually.
Web refund requests
If you purchased your subscription via the web, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of subscribing to Lensa Premium (7 day trial included).
To request a refund, please contact us at fb@lensa-ai.com with your purchase details, including the email address or Order ID used at the time of purchase. A screenshot of the receipt with the Order ID visible would be helpful.
Important note regarding Magic Avatar purchases
Magic Avatar pack purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where technical issues prevent the images from being generated or displayed in your Lensa account.
