If you can't cancel your subscription through Apple or Google, there could be a few reasons:
1. You purchased your subscription via the web version of Lensa.
If your subscription was purchased via the web rather than the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you won't find cancellation options on these platforms.
2. You are logged into a different account to the one you used to purchase the subscription.
This is often the case when users have multiple accounts. For example:
- You're signed in to the app with Google Account X, but the subscription was purchased with Google Account Y.
- You're signed in with one Apple ID, but the subscription was purchased with a different Apple ID. Or you can sign in with or without a Hidden Apple ID.
If the account you're signed in to doesn't match the one you used to purchase the subscription, you won't see the cancellation option.
How to cancel your web subscription:
If you subscribed via the web, you can manage and cancel your subscription directly by logging into your Lensa account:
- Go to the Lensa Account page.
- Click on My Account > Manage Account.
- Follow the system prompts to cancel your subscription.
