If you're sure you want to cancel your Lensa subscription, follow the steps below based on the platform you subscribed to.
Apple (iOS)
Cancellations for iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple and cannot be managed by app developers, including Lensa. To cancel, please follow these steps
- Open the Lensa app > Settings > Manage Subscriptions. You will be taken to the iTunes application. Select Lensa and tap Cancel.
- Alternatively:
- Open Device Settings.
- At the top, tap your account > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID.
- Select View Apple ID subscriptions > select Lensa and tap Cancel.

Android (Google Play)
To cancel your Lensa subscription on Android, follow these steps
- Open the Google Play Store application.
- Tap the left menu and select Subscriptions.
- Select Lensa and tap Cancel.

Web (Lensa website)
If you subscribed via the web, you can manage and cancel your subscription by logging into your account:
1. Go to the Lensa Account page.
2. Click on My Account > Manage Account.
3. Follow the system instructions to complete the cancellation.

Additional assistance
If you are having trouble cancelling your subscription on your own, please provide us with the following information
- Subscription receipt from the App Store.
- Purchase number (if you purchased through Google Play).
- The email address where you received the subscription receipt.
- The last four digits of the card used to make the payment.
